Our clients of this home were after a living area / granny flat for their mum. So we turned
the garage into a granny flat which gave the couples mum her own independent living area. She had her own access to the flat, with a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living area. We then added a carport at the front of the home to then give them extra car accommodation. Mum loves her own flat with the flexibility to have her own space and to come and go as she pleases without disturbing anyone.
