Extension & Renovation - Holland Park West
Our client wanted to move the current home forward and build a high set extension on the back of the house. In that extension it incorporated 2 self contained living areas one upstairs and another downstairs. We totally renovated the internal and external of the existing house keeping the old charm and fixtures and built a carport at the front to match the style and period of the home. The owner of this property was happy to be able to stay in the old style home she loved but also have 2 modern extra self contained areas, 1 for her mum and the other for her brother.
